Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find what you're looking for?
Let's start a conversation
Can I view data for a specific period?

Yes. You can choose the last week, last 4 weeks, current month, current quarter, current year, last year, all-time history, or a custom date range.

Can I know how long my monthly donors stay over time?

Yes, with Cohorts. It groups your donors by the month they started and shows what percentage of each group was still donating 1, 2, 6, or 12 months later so you can see if your retention is improving or declining.

Can I see the full history of my charges, year by year?

Yes, in Charge Evolution. It compares successful vs. failed charges by year, showing the total amount collected and the effectiveness of each period.

Can I see the performance of a specific form?

Yes. Each form has its own page with conversion rate, views, conversions, revenue, and a breakdown of frequency (one-time vs. monthly) and Cover Your Cost.

Can I generate a summary to share with my board of directors?

Yes, with the Snapshot. It generates a complete snapshot of your account's status at that moment, including the database, subscriptions, revenue, transactions, and communication, complete with date and time.

Can I search for a specific person from the dashboard?

Yes. You can search by name, ID number, email, phone number, transaction ID, subscription ID, or Afrus ID.

Can I see the actual return on investment for my fundraising?

Yes, in the Analytics Dashboard. There you can see revenue vs. cost, ROI, how much it costs you to acquire a donor (CPT/CPR), how much a donor is worth throughout their relationship with you (LTV), and your cancellation rate (churn).

What do MRR and ARR mean?

MRR is the monthly recurring revenue generated by your active monthly donations at any given moment. ARR is that same figure projected over a full year (MRR × 12). These two numbers show how much "secured" income your organization has, independent of new donations.

What are CPT and CPR?

CPT is the cost per transaction: how much it costs you, on average, to acquire a one-time donation. CPR is the cost per subscription: how much it costs you to acquire a new monthly donor. Both are calculated by dividing your acquisition investment by the number of transactions or subscriptions achieved.

What is Churn Rate?

This is the percentage of monthly donors who cancel their donations over a given period. A lower churn rate means you are retaining your recurring donors more effectively.

Can I export data from the dashboard?

Yes. The list of recent conversions can be exported to CSV or Excel, and the KPIs in the Analytics Dashboard can also be downloaded using the "Download KPIs" button.

Can I view results for just my lead forms or just my donation forms?

Yes. The Forms section allows you to filter between all forms, lead-only forms, or donation forms, including the amount raised where applicable.

Can I follow up with someone who abandoned their donation?

Yes. The list of abandoned transactions shows the email, form, and the amount each person intended to donate, so your team can reach out and help them complete their donation.

Do the dashboard numbers update automatically?

Yes. Every transaction, subscription, charge, or abandoned attempt on your account is automatically reflected in the dashboard, with no need for manual updates or recalculations.
