Yes, in the Analytics Dashboard. There you can see revenue vs. cost, ROI, how much it costs you to acquire a donor (CPT/CPR), how much a donor is worth throughout their relationship with you (LTV), and your cancellation rate (churn).
MRR is the monthly recurring revenue generated by your active monthly donations at any given moment. ARR is that same figure projected over a full year (MRR × 12). These two numbers show how much "secured" income your organization has, independent of new donations.
CPT is the cost per transaction: how much it costs you, on average, to acquire a one-time donation. CPR is the cost per subscription: how much it costs you to acquire a new monthly donor. Both are calculated by dividing your acquisition investment by the number of transactions or subscriptions achieved.
This is the percentage of monthly donors who cancel their donations over a given period. A lower churn rate means you are retaining your recurring donors more effectively.
Yes. The list of recent conversions can be exported to CSV or Excel, and the KPIs in the Analytics Dashboard can also be downloaded using the "Download KPIs" button.
Yes. The Forms section allows you to filter between all forms, lead-only forms, or donation forms, including the amount raised where applicable.
Yes. The list of abandoned transactions shows the email, form, and the amount each person intended to donate, so your team can reach out and help them complete their donation.
Yes. Every transaction, subscription, charge, or abandoned attempt on your account is automatically reflected in the dashboard, with no need for manual updates or recalculations.
