How to add a new country to a widget and why

Each country in the widget has its own language, currency and snippets (amounts, gateways, fields). Whoever opens the widget sees the country they are browsing from, if it is set up; otherwise they see the default country (with a star).

The widget editor opens in a new tab. To open it, in Fundraising > Widgets click "Editar" (Edit) on the widget's row.

Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console.

Step by step

1. Add the country. In the center column, click Nuevo país (New country).
2. Fill in language and currency. Choose Seleccione un país (Select a country), the Idioma (Español, English, Portugues, Italian or Deutsch) and check the Moneda (currency).
3. Add a footer (optional). Up to 250 characters.
4. Save. Click "Guardar" (Save). You will see "¡País añadido satisfactoriamente!" (Country added successfully).
5. Set up its snippets. The country starts with only the required snippets. Set up amounts and payment method and click "Guardar Widget".
