Learn what to keep in mind with autoresponders if your donation form receives people in several languages.
In this article
- Each language is a separate email. Switch the language selector and create each version separately.
- AFRUS picks the person's language. If the person has a language, they get the email in that language.
- If a language is missing, the generic one is used. AFRUS sends your Genérico autoresponder, even if it's in another language: better than sending nothing.
- Campaign and form emails are stricter. They're only sent in their exact language; if they don't exist, the generic one arrives.
Recommendation: create the autoresponder in every language your donors use, starting with Genérico.
