There are two sets of images: the campaign's, which you set from the console, and each fundraiser's own, which they set in their page editor. Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console.

Before you start

  • Turn on Peer to peer in the campaign. With the switch off, the image buttons are disabled.
  • Important: images are locked into a fundraiser's page when they click "Publicar" (Publish). If you change them later, pages already published are not updated.

Step by step: campaign images

  1. Open the Peer to peer tab. In Fundraising > Campañas, open the campaign and go to the Peer to peer tab.
  2. Choose which image to change. In Subir foto de portada (cover photo — first image in the top carousel) or Subir foto de campaña (campaign photo — secondary image further down), click "Subir" (Upload) for a new file or "Editar" (Edit) to re-crop the current one.
  3. Crop the image. Choose the RelaciĂłn de aspecto (Aspect ratio: 9:16, 1:1, 4:3 or 16:9) and, if needed, "Rotar a la derecha" (Rotate right).
  4. Save twice. Click "Guardar" (Save): the first time it switches to the desktop preview (16:9); click "Guardar" again to upload the image.

You'll see "Foto de portada actualizada" or "Foto de campaña actualizada" (photo updated). jpg, jpeg, png, gif and webp files up to 5 MB are accepted; at least 1440 × 530 pixels is recommended.

Fundraiser images

In their page editor, the fundraiser changes their Imagen de portada (cover image) with "Reemplazar" (Replace) — recommended 1080 × 1920 px, under 500 KB — and their Foto de perfil (profile photo) with "Seleccionar archivo" (Choose file) — recommended 1080 × 1080 px, under 500 KB. For now, the "Editar" button on their cover image does nothing: they should use "Reemplazar".

Frequently asked questions

What if the campaign has no images?

The fundraiser's page shows a generic image, and the tab shows the ConfiguraciĂłn requerida (Setup required) notice until you upload both.
