Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console.

Step by step: see who is fundraising

  1. Open the dashboard. Go to Fundraising > Peer to peer fundraisers.
  2. Read the cards. Solicitudes pendientes (awaiting approval), Total Campañas (all pages) and Total Fundraisers (different people).
  3. Check the Fundraisings table. It shows ID, Estado (status), Fecha Inicio (your campaign's creation date), Campaña, Fundraiser and Meta (goal). You can sort by ID, Campaña and Meta.
  4. Open the details. In the three-dot menu, choose "Ver detalle" (View details) to see the fundraiser's data and sign-up date.

Step by step: approve or reject

  1. Review the page. From the details, click "Ver página" (View page).
  2. Approve. Click "Aprobar campaña" (Approve): it acts immediately and the fundraiser receives "Tu campaña fue aceptada".
  3. Or reject / end. "Rechazar campaña" (Reject) and "Finalizar campaña" (End) ask for confirmation and delete the published page: its address stops working. Rejecting sends "Tu campaña fue rechazada"; ending sends no email.

Can it be undone? An active page can only be ended. Rejecting and ending are permanent for the page.

How much each fundraiser has raised

In the list, three-dot menu → "Ver página". The top block of their public page shows Total recaudado (Total raised), the goal and the percentage. It only adds successful donations made from that page, in your organization's currency; reload the page to see the current figure.

Important: for now, Total recaudado in the console details always shows $0, and the fundraiser's dashboard shows 0 and $0. Use "Ver página" to see the real amount.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a total for all pages?

Not in the Peer to peer module. Fundraiser donations count in the campaign's overall figures in Fundraising > Campañas.
