AI email templates are the designs the AI uses to build your automatic emails. The AI writes the texts and the template defines how they look.
You'll find them in AI > Plantillas AI Email (AI email templates). Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console. There are two kinds:
- Global: prepared by AFRUS. You can turn them on or off.
- Propia (Own): created by your organization. You can edit, duplicate or delete them.
