How to see a Blast's statistics

Learn how to see how many people opened your Blast, how many clicked and how many emails bounced.

Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console.
Step by step
- Find your send. In Interacciones > Blast, look at the Lista de envĂos (list of sends). It opens with the current month's sends (MTD): change the dates to see older ones.
- Open the details. In the send's row, click "Detalles" (Details).
- Read the results. You will see how many people received it, the Tasa de Apertura (open rate), the Tasa de Clics (click rate), how many unsubscribed, how many emails bounced, how many people marked it as spam and which links were opened most.
Frequently asked questions
Do the numbers update on their own?
No. They are read when you open the details; open them again to see new data.
Does the delivery rate confirm the email reached the inbox?
No. It is calculated by subtracting bounces and errors.
