Fallido (Failed) means none of the emails could be sent. It is different from Alerta (some went out and others failed) and from Bloqueado (Blocked: the send was stopped to protect your account). Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console.

Step by step

  1. Open the details. In Interacciones > Blast, click "Detalles" (Details) for the send.
  2. Check the error. Look at Incidencias (Issues) and Estados de emails (Email statuses); "Ver Eventos" (View events) shows what happened to each email.
  3. Resend. Click "Reenviar" (Resend). AFRUS tries again with the people who had an error.

Frequently asked questions

What if it says Bloqueado?

AFRUS stopped the send because there were too many bounces or complaints. It can't be sent again from the screen: contact support.

What is the most common cause of a Fallido send?

The account gets blocked for having too many bounces and needs credits assigned. To solve it, write to the support email.
