A Blast is an email you send in one go to a group of people in your database. For example, a newsletter, an event invitation or a call to donate.

You choose who receives it (a segment or a tag), write or pick the email design and decide whether it goes out now or on a date and time you schedule.

Where to find it

In the Interacciones > Blast menu. There you see the list of all your sends with their status. The same screen can also send WhatsApp Business messages. Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console.

Frequently asked questions

Does everyone in the group receive it?

No. AFRUS leaves out anyone who can't receive emails: people who unsubscribed, whose address doesn't exist or who didn't agree to receive communications.
