Learn how to recognize which templates your team created and which come with AFRUS, and how to edit an AFRUS template.

Look at the Propietario (Owner) column:
- Organización (Organization): your team created it. You can edit it, turn it on or off and delete it.
- Genérica (Generic): it comes with AFRUS and is shared by every organization. It can't be edited or deleted.
Frequently asked questions
How do I change a generic template?
Use "Duplicar plantilla en mi organización" (Duplicate template in my organization). The copy is yours and that one you can edit.
Does marking it Inactivo hide it?
Not yet: it still appears in the Blast and autoresponder galleries. If you don't want it used, for now the only option is to delete it.
