What a campaign is in AFRUS

A campaign groups the donations and registrations that come in through one or more widgets under a single fundraising goal. It has an internal name, a public name, a description, a goal in your organization's currency and a status (active or inactive). Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console.

Where to find it

In Fundraising > Campañas. From the list you can create a campaign with "Crear campaña" (Create campaign), search by name and filter by Estado (Status), Tipo de Campaña (Campaign type) and Total Recaudado (Total raised). Your role needs the permission to view campaigns.

How to create a campaign

1. Click "Crear campaña". In Fundraising > Campañas.
2. Fill in the details. Nombre de campaña (name, up to 100 characters), Descripción (up to 500), Nombre público (public name, up to 100) and Meta de recaudación (fundraising goal).
3. Leave Campaña activa (Active campaign) on so you can choose it in your widgets right away.
4. Click "Crear" (Create).

Statuses

• activo (active): it can be chosen in the widget editor.
• inactivo (inactive): the campaign is off.
• archivado (archived): the campaign is archived.
