What WhatsApp Business is in AFRUS

WhatsApp Business in AFRUS is the connection to Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. With it you send bulk messages using templates approved by Meta and reply from AFRUS to the contacts who write to you.

The module has two screens (labels as shown in the Spanish console):

• WhatsApp Business > Blast: your account dashboard, with your connected numbers, templates and bulk sends.
• WhatsApp Business > Conversaciones (Conversations): where you read and reply to your contacts' messages in real time.

Before you start

• You need a Meta Business Suite account with WhatsApp Business.
• Sending numbers are added in Meta, not in AFRUS.
