Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console.

  • Tasks are created right away. AFRUS creates the task as soon as it processes the failed charge; it doesn't wait for a daily check.
  • Your team is notified. When a new task is created, users with the owner or admin role in your organization get a notification in AFRUS.
  • One task per subscription. If the subscription already had a task, AFRUS doesn't create another: it reopens the existing one (back to Pendiente, Pending) and removes its Responsable.
  • The screen doesn't refresh on its own. Data loads when you open it and when you change dates, search, filter, sort or page. Reload the page to see new cases.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't a reopened task show today's date?

Because the date filter uses the date the task was created, and a reopened task keeps its original date.
