Learn what the Pending and Completed statuses and the task types mean in Subscription tasks.

Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console.
The Completada column shows each task's status:
- Pendiente (Pending): the task is open and nobody has marked it as solved. It's the status a task is created with, and also the status of a task reopened by a new failed charge.
- Completada (Completed): someone on your team marked it as solved.
Each task also has a Tipo (type), which you can change by hand:
- General: the type AFRUS uses when it creates tasks automatically.
- Fallo Mensual (Monthly failure) and Cancelada por el Sistema (Cancelled by the system): labels you can use to classify the case by hand.
Frequently asked questions
Can I filter the list by status?
No. The list shows Pendiente and Completada tasks together; you can sort or export them to separate them.
