Learn how to change the FAQs on your Experiences AI pages from the Business profile and publish them.

The page's FAQs are the ones in the Preguntas Frecuentes (FAQs) step of your Business profile. They are not edited inside Experiences AI.
Step by step
- Open your Business profile. In the profile menu, choose Business profile and go to the Preguntas Frecuentes step.
- Edit the questions. Click "Agregar pregunta frecuente" (Add FAQ) and fill in Pregunta (question) and Respuesta (answer), up to 300 characters each, or delete one with the delete icon.
- Save. Go to the Tema (Theme) step and click "Guardar" (Save) or "Enviar AI".
- Publish again. In Fundraising > Experiences AI, open the experience with the pencil and click "Publicar" (Publish).
Frequently asked questions
Can each experience have different questions?
No. They are the same for all your organization's experiences.
Can a deletion be undone?
No. Deleting a question is immediate and has no confirmation; to get it back, write it again.
