What Subscriptions is

Suscripciones (Subscriptions) is the list of your organization's recurring donations. You'll find it in the Suscripciones menu. Labels are shown as they appear in the Spanish version of the console.

Each row is one subscription, not each monthly charge. Each month's charges appear in Transacciones (Transactions) and in the history of the subscription's detail.

From here you can search and filter subscriptions, export them, mark them as fraud and open their detail (by clicking the ID) to modify or cancel them.

What you see in the list

• Date bar: 1W, 4W, 1Y, MTD, QTD, YTD, ALL and PERSONALIZADO (Custom). It filters by the subscription's creation date.
• Columns: ID, Fecha (Date), Valor (Amount), Email, Nombre (Name), Estado (Status), Pasarela de pago (Payment gateway), Metodo de pago (Payment method), Campaña (Campaign), Widget, among others.
• Detail: cards Edad de la suscripción (Subscription age), Meses efectivos (Effective months), Recencia (Recency), Valor transacción (Transaction amount) and Total recaudado (Total raised), and the buttons Enviar Mensaje (Send message), Modificar (Modify) and Cancelar Suscripción (Cancel subscription).
