What it is, in general: it happens when a donor doesn't recognize a charge on their card, disputes it with their bank, and the bank gives them the money back. Unlike a refund, your organization doesn't decide it: the donor's bank does. What Afrus does: transactions with the Contracargo status don't appear in Transacciones.
An option that lets the donor also pay the payment gateway's fee, so your organization receives the full donation. Afrus has to turn it on for your organization. Where you see it in Afrus: in Transacciones, the CYC tag next to the amount and the CYC filter. · Widgets guide · Payment gateways guide

Giving a donor their money back. You do it from Transacciones: the row's three-dot menu > Reembolsar (Refund) > "Confirmar". The full amount is always returned and it can't be undone. Where you see it in Afrus: the transaction changes to Reembolsado (Refunded). · How to refund a donation
It happens when a donor paid for an incentive just as the stock ran out. The gift is assigned anyway and the donation is marked Sobreventa, so your team can decide how to handle it. Where you see it in Afrus: in the incentive's detail and in the transaction. · Incentives guide
A person's monthly (recurring) donation. Each row in Suscripciones is one subscription; its monthly charges appear in Transacciones. Where you see it in Afrus: Suscripciones. · Subscriptions guide
